Thang’s dedication to his clients and his passion for physical fitness, health and nutrition is what has made him successful in the ever-growing and changing fitness industry. With a diverse background including rehabilitative training, sports specific training, pre & post-natal training, postural correction, weight loss and strength, Thang has covered a wide variety of training styles to meet the demands of many clients.  Thang thrives on sharing his knowledge and experience with his clients to help them become healthier and happier individuals.

I like to not only encourage people physically but also exercise their mind and spirit, because I believe that what the mind can conceive, the body can achieve.
